We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25 or chaperoned groups under any circumstances. No house parties or family reunions, occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
Pet friendly upon approval, $125 Non refundable Pet Fee.
We offer weekly or nightly rentals with a three night minimum. Weekly rentals only during prime summer season.

Summary: Simplistic check in and very clean/spacious property. Great communication with owner and no unexpected surprises during our stay. Highly recommended if you prefer a more quiet location, yet still close enough to the main Myrtle Beach attractions within a 10-20 minute drive.

Summary: Property is everything it says it is. The pool was wonderful and well maintained. Great location. Bring all kitchen useables such as garbage bags, tinfoil ect. as there were none left by previous vacationers. Hosts were very accessible and responsive.

Summary: The house is in a great location. It's recently remodeled and very clean. The pool and patio area were a welcome relief after a great day at the beach which is only a few blocks away. Overall, we loved the house and would come back again without hesitation.
